Nice mix. Don’t know the missing tracks though.
Can someone enlighten me on the origin of the beautiful instrumentals that take place in this mix between about 47mins to 57 mins – I am mainly after finding the track with amazing riddim that is accompanied by the guitar and then trumpet solos….From the above track list it comes right before “The Whip”, so should I be after “the drum song” by Ken Boothe? or is this a different track (s)??
Nice up on the DUB!!
Cheers,
Nick
Nick, it is drum song by ken boothe
Hi. “Whip Appeal” is definitely sung here by Sanchez. P&IL.
I think the ? at number six (or whichever is about 20 mins in) is Miss Know It All by Scientist
The last track is Johnny Osbourne – Ice cream love. I was searching for that tune for a long time after hearing the Toyan version of it called “Children Children” and finaly found the original version with the help of http://www.reggaeid.co.uk
